Longer days, warmer weather, and more opportunities to get around the valley are on the way. Our new Summer 2026 schedule launches April 12, and starting today, we’re giving you early access to the full route and time details so you can plan your trips ahead!
Riders with questions can also connect with our team through the live chat feature available on our website, CoreTransit.org.
At Core Transit, improving the rider experience is an ongoing conversation with our community. Through everyday interactions, community outreach, and rider surveys, feedback helps shape how service evolves across the region. In fact, we are currently gathering input through the winter schedule survey, helping ensure rider voices continue to guide future improvements.
This summer’s schedule includes several updates that reflect both rider feedback and continued growth in ridership across our system.
- Now serving West Vail Mall stops. After hearing from riders who commute to businesses in the area, new stops will help make getting to work easier.
- More peak-hour service. This summer, we will add westbound trips to Freedom Park during busy commuting hours, helping commuters and youth riders get to work and school.
- Consistent service levels. Due to strong ridership growth, we are maintaining the same level of service introduced this winter to continue supporting our community’s travel needs.
- West Vail Mall stops added. Improving connections for riders traveling across the valley, including down-valley commuters heading to work in the area.
- Service improvements maintained. Expanded trips introduced last year will remain in place, continuing to provide dependable connections between Minturn, Red Cliff, and the rest of the valley.
- Expanded service continues. Service increases introduced in 2025 will remain in place for Summer 2026
“Every improvement we make starts with listening,” said Tanya Allen, Executive Director of Core Transit. “When riders share how they use transit and where they need better connections, it helps us continue building a welcoming, accessible, dependable, and rewarding system that serves our community.”
