Board Meetings

Core Transit board meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month from 12:00–2:00 PM at Avon Council Chambers, except on September 9, 2026 when the meeting will run from 6:00–8:00 PM. Residents are encouraged to attend in person or virtually. Send comments to board@CoreTransit.org.

Please note there will be no Board meeting on October 14 at noon. The October regular business meeting will instead take place on October 29 at 8:00 AM, at the start of the Board’s budget work session at 3289 Cooley Mesa Road, Gypsum, CO, 81637. The agenda will be posted before the meeting.

Records requests

To request public records under CORA, email info@CoreTransit.org with a detailed description and your contact info. A fee of $41.37/hour applies for requests requiring over an hour to process.
