Board Meetings

Core Transit board meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month from 12:00–2:00 PM at Avon Council Chambers, except on September 9, 2026 when the meeting will run from 6:00–8:00 PM. Residents are encouraged to attend in person or virtually. Send comments to board@CoreTransit.org.

Please note there will be no meeting on October 14, 2026. The October regular business meeting will instead be held at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 29, immediately before the Budget Work Session at the MSC, Conference Room B, Building B, in Gypsum. Due to the November holiday, the November meeting has been rescheduled from November 11 to Wednesday, November 18, from 12:00–2:00 p.m. at the Eagle County Room at the Eagle County Building.
